Recently, the Chicagoland Puppetry Guild held a contest for a new logo. I of course had to enter something and this was chosen as the winning entry! It was presented in both black and white and color. For a description of the logo, click on the color version.
This design shows the "puppeteer" practicing the art of puppetry. With a marionette in one hand and a hand puppet on the other, "he" performs in front of the Chicago skyline. "He" is also sporting the colors found on the Chicago flag. The iconic masks of the theater are placed at the bottom. This was presented to the selection committee in several applications.
This was used as part of a demonstration project. The purpose of the assignment was to use Illustrator to re-crete an existing logo.
This is the finished reconstructed logo.
The purpose of this assignment was to create a logo for a fictitious company. This particular company is a classical and fine arts radio station. This is the outline version of the logo.
This is the same logo with the colors added.
